This special class takes place every Sunday. All you have to do is show up and lie down - no experience necessary. Yoga Nidra is a powerful and transformative meditation technique and one of the easiest to experience. You will rest comfortably in savasana (on your back) while I guide you through the 5 layers of Self. Yoga Nidra promotes a level of deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average meditation practice. In this class you will release long-held emotions, relieve stress, and calm your nervous system.

Join Jennifer Baez for this special 2 hour 15min restorative yoga experience in which you will use props to find positions of ease and comfort to facilitate deep relaxation and inner healing. The gentle poses aim to open the body (not stretch) and to support you in letting go.
