Private Restorative yoga
This style of yoga utilizes props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body in complete relaxation as you hold gentle and restorative poses which activate your body’s parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest system). An ideal style for those looking to deeply relax and ease nervousness, insomnia, and agitation, to recover from injury, or heal from traumatic experiences. Individual sessions are 1 hour long and sequences are tailored to your abilities, needs, and desired outcomes with an optional sound healing and/or Yoga Nidra addition. No prior experience is necessary - suitable for all abilities.
Private Energy Healing + sound therapy sessions
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes your body’s ability to heal itself. Reiki works by rebalancing the body’s energy flow and by removing blockages within the energy body that may be causing physical pain, stress, and emotional dysregulation. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may incorporate aromatherapy, breathing exercises, affirmations, guided visualizations, and more. They are 1.5hrs long and include a 30 minute crystal and Tibetan singing bowl sound bath. Sound Healing instruments such as tuning forks and singing bowls may be placed on your body in order to recalibrate your energy. Depending on the client’s goals and intentions, a session can focus on any of the following areas:
Chakra clearing, balancing, and activations
Deep relaxation and stress reduction (ideal for those suffering from burnout / adrenal fatigue)
Pain management
Trauma processing
Clearing limiting beliefs and healing core emotional wounds
